Wyser With Joe, LLC provides career coaching, personal development consulting, leadership development coaching, executive coaching, keynote speeches, workshops, and related services to support your or your organizations' professional growth, key performance indicators, and goals. Whether in person or online, our coaching services are designed to guide and empower you, not to make decisions for you. Your active participation, timely communication, and engagement are essential for achieving meaningful outcomes.
You understand and agree that coaching is a collaborative process and that your personal decisions, actions, and results are solely your responsibility. You may choose to pause or discontinue coaching at any time.
Coaching Relationship & Client Responsibility
By enrolling in coaching services, you acknowledge the following:
You are voluntarily entering into a professional coaching relationship with Wyser With Joe, LLC.
You understand that coaching is distinct from therapy, counseling, psychoanalysis, mental health care, or substance abuse treatment, and does not diagnose or treat mental disorders as defined by the American Psychiatric Association.
If you are under the care of a licensed mental health professional, you confirm that you have consulted them about your decision to engage in coaching services, and they are aware of your participation.
You understand coaching may address various aspects of life, including but not limited to: work, finances, health, relationships, education, and recreation. You acknowledge that how you choose to handle these areas is entirely your decision.
You are expected to communicate honestly, remain open to feedback, and commit the necessary time and energy to participate fully in the coaching process.
Coaching services are not a substitute for professional advice in legal, medical, financial, business, or spiritual matters. You agree to seek qualified professionals for those areas and accept full responsibility for your decisions.
No Guarantee of Specific Results
Wyser With Joe, LLC and its coaches make no warranties or guarantees, either express or implied, regarding specific outcomes such as employment offers, promotions, or salary increases. Our Services are designed to provide tools, strategies, and insights to support your personal and career journey. Your results depend on personal effort, market conditions, and timing.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Wyser With Joe, LLC or its representatives be liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Regardless of the circumstances, the maximum liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the client for services delivered up to the termination date.
Right to Refuse Service
Wyser With Joe, LLC reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or terminate services at any time if a client:
Refunds are not guaranteed under these circumstances, but we will make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns before terminating service.
No-Show, Cancellation, & Reschedule Policy
All sessions are non-refundable if cancelled within 36 hours of the scheduled time. In the event of a cancellation within this window, Wyser With Joe LLC will make a good faith effort to reschedule the session within two (2) weeks of the original appointment date. If a mutually agreeable time cannot be scheduled within this period, the payment will be forfeited and not transferred to a future session.
A payment may only be transferred to a rescheduled session one (1) time. If the rescheduled session is missed or cancelled, regardless of notice, no further rescheduling or refund will be offered.
A no-show will not be refunded and the payment will be forfeited and not transferred to a future session. Late arrival to a session will not extend the session duration and the difference of time not attended will not be refunded or be eligible for scheduling. You understand and agree that no-shows, late responses, and rescheduling on your part may result in delays or termination of services without refund.
Coaching Session & Package Terms

By purchasing, scheduling, or using our Services, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted these Terms, the service descriptions on our website, and any accompanying materials or guidelines. You must be 18 years or older to use our services.
Confidentiality and Use of Information
Wyser With Joe, LLC is committed to maintaining your privacy. Information shared during coaching sessions will remain confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or if you provide written consent to share it.
You acknowledge that when services are conducted in public or shared spaces, such as parks or coworking areas, complete privacy cannot be guaranteed. Additionally, anonymized information may be shared for professional training or consultation purposes.
Modifications
Wyser With Joe, LLC reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website or communicated directly to you if they materially impact your use of services. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
